Karwan Masooma Ahlbait (SA) – Terms & Conditions

1. Booking & Payment

To confirm a pilgrimage booking, a specified advance payment is mandatory.
The remaining balance must be paid at least 15 days before the departure date.
Pilgrims are advised to keep all payment receipts safe for record purposes.

2. Required Documents

The pilgrim’s passport must be valid for a minimum of six (6) months.
Visa approval or rejection is solely the decision of the relevant embassy. Karwan Masooma Ahlbait (SA) is not responsible for visa refusal; however, full assistance will be provided during the process.

3. Cancellation Policy

If a booking is cancelled 10 days prior to departure, ticket and visa charges will be deducted and the remaining amount will be refunded.
Cancellations made close to the departure date may be subject to specific cancellation charges.

4. During the Journey

Karwan management reserves the right to make minor changes in hotels or travel schedules due to operational or unavoidable circumstances.
Pilgrims must strictly follow the instructions of the group leader and staff to ensure a safe and peaceful journey.
Carrying any illegal or prohibited items during the journey is strictly forbidden.

5. Liability

Karwan Masooma Ahlbait (SA) shall not be held responsible for flight delays, cancellations, or unforeseen events such as natural disasters. However, every possible effort will be made to assist pilgrims in such situations.
